I still remember my first visit with Dr. Betances. I was overwhelmed with nerves, battling depression, and uncertain about my future, but deep inside, I had a strong desire to break free from the grip of obesity that had made life so challenging. I’ll never forget the morning after my surgery when Dr. Betances visited me early, showing his personal dedication to his patients.

While the first week post-op was tough, everything changed after that. My life has only improved since, and I am eternally grateful—first to God and then to Dr. Betances, who has been an incredible instrument of blessing for so many, including me.
